Hide Thighs- You can minimize thighs under a basic shirt-dress. Make sure you pick a fabric that's not very stiff. Stiff fabric will create bulkiness. Stiff fabric can also be clingy. That can bring more unwanted attention.

You can always look slimmer by wearing solid colors. This includes any belts, scarfs, etc. A simple black dress with the proper accessories can be magical. You can also look slimmer by simply wearing high heel shoes instead of flats.
